Moodle:
Moodle is a software for learning platforms on the Internet. Educational institutions and companies can operate their own Moodle systems and provide learning opportunities for their target group(s).
To sign in to Moodle: USERNAME, your personal password.
Each professor has his own online course connected to his lecture where he shares all the documents and news. You need a password which the professor will give you during the first classes.
How to find courses: at first you have to select the faculty (e.g. Fakultät 14). Then you can choose between Bachelor and Master classes. In the next step you can type your course description into the search box (e.g. Y551/552 Intercultural Skills). In case you can´t find your course via the search box, all the courses are listed below.
Primuss:
Central operation and administration of the campus management system.
To sign in: USERNAME, your personal password. (Our link leads you to the MUAS webite where you have to choose the internal Primuss link.)
In the overview you will find a short summary of your personal data (e.g. matriculation number) and the deadline for the exam registration. On this platform you can download personal documents (e.g. enrolment certificate) and register for the exams.
Web-Mail:
This is your personal University email account for communication with the professors etc.
Library & Learning Center
The library and the learning center are located in the Lothstraße 13b.
- In the learning center you can study with other students, that´s very helpful for group works because you are allowed to talk.
- In the library you can find all the relevant books for your studies, but have to be silent in order not to disturb others.
- It is also necessary to store your bags and jackets in provided lockers, to use the lockers you have to bring a 2€ coin (you get the money back afterwards).
- You can either work with the books there, copy or scan the important pages with your student ID or borrow the books for a certain time.
- To borrow the books you have to put the books on the scanner, log in at the loan counter with your student ID and enter the day and month of your birthday as a password. After that you receive an e-mail with the return date.
- You can also do online research from home, for that you have to visit the OPAC site, to sign in you have to type in the number on the back of your student ID and the date of your birthday (day and month with four digits without the year) as a password.

The faculty magazine “Tourismus Management Passport” is a tourism trade magazine with articles about the current work of the Faculty of Tourism. You can find interesting results of teaching, research activities and reports on joint projects with companies, as well as extensive specialist articles on various key topics and analyses of current market developments.

Cafeteria
Cafeteria (Lothstraße 13D)
Opening hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 11.00am – 02:15pm
- Friday: 11:00am – 01:45pm
Payment Method:
You can only pay with your student ID which you can charge at the machine on the ground floor.

Cafeteria Faculty 14 (Schachenmeierstraße 35)
The tourism departement also has its own cafeteria, where you can get lunch, coffee, some snacks or drinks.
Opening hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Payment Method:
You can pay in cash or by card (possible from 10€). You cannot pay with your student ID.
